The AZTech™ Executive Committee comprises of public and private agency leaders representing transportation, emergency management, public safety, and public information interests. Co-chairing the committee are the Directors of the Arizona Department of Transportation and the Maricopa County Department of Transportation.

In exercising its leadership role, the Committee---which meets bi-monthly---adopts policy guidelines for AZTech™ Committees and staff, seeks to develop constituencies to help promote AZTech™ to the public, and serves as a forum to highlight discussions on ITS research, new technology, and operational issues
