AZTech™ Operations Committee
Agendas  |  Minutes  |  Charter  |  Chair & Member Agencies   |  2008 Meeting Schedule

The AZTech Operations Committee is a traffic operations coordinating group consisting of traffic management specialists drawn from the public agency members of AZTech. The committee — which meets monthly — ensures that policies adopted by the AZTech Executive Committee are carried out in their member agencies.

This group also coordinates and seeks to attain consensus on traffic operations and management issues that span agency boundaries in the region. Some of these issues involve cross-jurisdictional signal timing, emergency response activities, and the funding, installation, operation, and maintenance of Intelligent Transportation System equipment in the region.
